Hello everyone, If you ordered a team and/or individual PTCC pictures...........your child received it today.
Please ask him/her for it.
Also, the team received their PTCC Black T-shirts last Saturday.
Please, Please, Please with black sharpie put your child's name on the inside tag of this shirt. Already 2 athletes have misplaced their shirts. We only have a FEW extra shirts and no smalls. So please mark your shirts.
If you ordered a red parent PTCC T-shirt they also have been all passed out. If you ordered one and did not
receive it please ask your child.
Saturday, Sept. 13th have your child at the High School at 9am.
The times for varsity and jv I'll send tomorrow for you.
Our first Pasta Party of the season was a blast. The turnout was great. Parents you have done an amazing
job raising such fine men and women. They were all so polite, fun and well behaved.
Thanks!!! Belle

Nutrition Tips
Running demands a lot of energy from athletes and proper nutrition is very important. Most young athletes don't take it seriously. But they need to think of it as fuel, not just food.
Always start the day with a good breakfast.
At least 30 to 60 minutes prior to practice, consume some liquids, preferably plain water, and a light nutritional snack, such as apples, bananas or fruit bars.
Hydrate frequently during the workout.
After practice, it is a good idea to consume a healthy snack within 15 minutes of your workout and a meal within two hours. It will keep you from over eating when you finally get to sit down to a meal.
